Where can I use my Warranty Virtual Merchandise Credit?

The Warranty Virtual Merchandise Credit (VMC) you receive after filing a warranty claim works similarly to an eGift Card. You can use your Warranty VMC to place orders online at ColumbiaSportswear.ca, SorelFootwear.ca, and MountainHardwear.ca, and you can also use them when making a purchase at a Columbia Sportswear branded outlet or retail location.

You cannot combine the Warranty VMC with affiliate codes, Professional Purchase, Fans & Followers, Partner, or Employee discounts.

Warranty VMCs cannot be used at employee stores or 3rd party retailers.
