When should I see my refund on my statement?

Once your return has been received at our warehouse, it usually takes about 7-10 business days to open, inspect, and process returns upon receipt at our warehouse. Once we process your return, we will issue a refund to your original form of payment.

When you receive your refund depends on what payment method you used when placing the order.

  • Refunds typically post to your bank statement within 72 hours
  • Each bank or credit institution varies in how they handle these types of transactions, ultimately the actual processing time depends on their policy
• PayPal - 
  • The funds are usually available within 5-7 days

• Branded Columbia, Mountain Hardwear, or SOREL Gift Cards - 
  • The funds are usually available within 48 hours
  • You will be provided with a new eGift Card via email
• Prepaid Gift Cards (Visa, Mastercard, etc.) - 
  • The funds are usually available within 7-10 days
  • Any purchase made with an American Express, Mastercard, or VISA gift will be credited back to the gift card used - you will want to keep this card after placing your order
